Shipping Policy

Quick DFT Orders
Effective Date: July 10, 2025

At Quick DFT Orders, we aim to deliver your custom-printed products quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be processed and shipped.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving your artwork and order confirmation.
Processing time includes:

  • Artwork review and preparation
  • Print setup for DTF transfers
  • Quality control before dispatch

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed and printed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time:
3 to 5 working days (after dispatch)

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier delays, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates typically become active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Shipping Coverage

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Unforeseen courier issues (weather, strikes, customs, etc.)
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

Undeliverable Package

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
