Refund & Return Policy

Quick DFT Orders

At Quick DFT Orders, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products made uniquely for you. Because each item is made to order, our refund and return policy reflects the nature of customized production.

All Sales Are Final for Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand and DTF transfers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Customer-provided artwork/design issues (low resolution, spelling errors, incorrect placements).
  • Change of mind or incorrect product selection.
  • Wrong sizing (please refer to our size chart before ordering).

Refunds or Reprints Are Offered If:

We will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Product:
    • Damaged or misprinted upon arrival
    • Product quality does not match the description
  2. Wrong Item Received:
    • If you received a product that doesn’t match your order (wrong color, size, or design)
  3. Order Not Delivered:
    • If the shipment is lost or undelivered due to courier error (not customer error), after confirmed investigation

Important: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items), with photo evidence and order number.

What Is Not Covered:

We are not responsible for:

  • User-submitted design errors (misspellings, layout issues, image quality)
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by the carrier once the product has been shipped
  • Minor differences in color due to monitor/screen display or print method

How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund or reprint, please email us at support@quickdftorders.com with the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear Photos of the issue (for damaged/misprinted items)
  • A short description of the problem
  • Date of order and delivery

Our support team will review the claim and respond within 2–4 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement — once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Reprint Policy (When Eligible)

If a reprint is approved (rather than refund), we will:

  • Reproduce the exact item from the original order
  • Ship it free of charge to the original address
  • Notify you via email once it’s on the way

Policy Updates

Quick DFT Orders reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
